It took me over five months to recover and during this very intense period it dawned on me that I didn’t just want to come back to my old life again – I wanted a new and better life being successful in doing what I love to do, being with the people I care for and getting the things out of life I really desired! It was due to my own burnout that I learned the strategies of success and high achievement — matched with superb well-being.
